The philanthropically oriented Nagarathars of Coimbatore built BrindavanVidhyalaya Matric Hr. Sec. School in the year 1988. A team of visionaries foresaw the necessity for equally balanced educational system inclusive of ethnic and cultural values. The pioneers who spearheaded this cause were Mr.S. Annamalai, Mr.L. Somu, Mr.S.E.SV. Narayanan, Mr.SM.KR. KaruppanChettiar, Mr.PL.S.RM. Palaniappan along with Mr.M.P.V. Alagappan, Mr. Rama Eagappan, Mr. Sella Ganapathy took over the reins, a few years later and were instrumental in elevating the quality of education provided in the school. Under the auspices of Mr.S. Ranganathan, Mr.PL.RM. Vairavan, Mr.AL.S. Alagappan, Mr.AL.S. Thiagarajan, Mr.S.MR.S. SubbiahChettiar and Mr.S. Palaniappan, BrindavanVidhyalaya has flourished upholding the vision of bringing quality education within the reach of the common man.
At present, the administration is being weilded efficiently with Mr.LP. Alagappan as Advisor, Mr.S. Sundaresan as Correspondent, Mr.N.MV. Alagappan as Treasurer, Mr.VE. Ramesh as Secretary and Dr.S. Visalakshi as Dean.
OUR TEAM
Mr. S. Sundaresan who looks after overall management and administration of the school to enhance the quality of education and curricular activities. Proactively he supports the implementation of development and encourages the teachers and students to be on their job. The management takes every effort to facilitate transition of the children in the field of education and sports.
Our compliance with the standards of education not only helps ensure quality, it also helps to transform into a real value governance and character. A regular and closer interaction between our teachers and students can go a longway in ensuring quality education. Brindavan is also excelling as partner in leadership and nation building too. Brindavan management is sure to perform the important assignment proficiently and deligently adhering to all the rules and regulations of the government.

Mr. N. MV. Alagappan’s role in the management of BVMHSS is to oversee the finances for effective running of the school and thereby place the school as one of the best schools in Coimbatore with all the required infrastructure at an affordable fee structure.
In keeping with the goals of founding trust namely “Kovai Nagarathar Education Trust” he strives to provide education at an affordable fee to the underprivileged society with all the facilities available in leading schools.

At Brindavan, as Dean Mrs M.Annapoorani, strives for quality. This distinguishing attribute defines all her decisions. Moulding the future generations and instilling the best of values is the task at hand and so there are no compromises. Under her auspices, the academic curriculum is well shaped. Care is taken to ensure that students are able to develop comprehending faculties and help them acquire mastery over their subjects. Teaching aids and supplementary methods are facilitated to make the atmosphere light and encourage children to exert their individuality.
The aim is to provide an atmosphere congenial to learning and imbibing values so that schooling becomes a favourite time for students. She strives to remove the burdensome aspect that is often tagged along with education and brings in the right spirit which is to open up to knowledge banks without reservations or hesitations.
